Where We Deliver To
We carry an array of products and they are fulfilled from different locations around the world so most products ship worldwide. Due to using multiple fulfillment options, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Items shipping internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. Buyers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance. Momo Monster Co is not responsible for any customs, duties, or other fees incurred after the initial transaction has processed.
Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions in the notes section provided at checkout. If you have a last minute change/request or instructions which require special attention, please message us on the store's live messaging app or contact sales@momomonsterco.com.
Tax
All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory, State or Region.
Order Adjustments
Shipping or Delivery Address Changes
If an order has already shipped out and marked as 'fulfilled', then it can not be changed. For orders that have not shipped out and marked as 'unfulfilled', please contact sales@momomonsterco.com with your request.
Quantity and Order Changes
We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it may also be subject to a potential adjustment.
When Will I Get My Order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and ship. Some products have a longer processing time, and the processing time is specifically noted on that product's page.
Also please note that order processing times are separate from order delivery times.The shipping time listed in the shipping method chosen will provide an estimated delivery range. The delivery time only applies to an order after it has been fulfilled/shipped and not when the order has been placed.
My Order is Late
We apologize for the delay in getting your order. All shipping delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the estimated delivery time for reasons, like:
- Holidays
- Service disruptions
- High shipping volume season (such as Christmas holidays)
- Failed delivery attempts
- The item is at the post office awaiting payment of custom fees
- Covid-19 causing severe delivery delays up to 4-6 weeks
We ask for your patience in waiting for your order to show up. If your order has tracking, please use that to follow the status of your order. If you believe your order has been devoured by a Great Old One, please contact us at sales@momomonsterco.com and we will resolve this issue for you.
Verification
Security Check
Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
Cancellations and Returns
We do not accept cancellations after an order has shipped (marked as 'fulfilled'). If your order has not yet shipped and is marked as 'unfulfilled', please contact us at sales@momomonsterco.com to request the cancellation. If your order cancellation is accepted, you will be fully refunded for the cancelled items.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If we do, you will receive a full refund and email confirming the cancellation.
